Job Summary
Berman STAR Nissan is GROWING and we are looking for Sales/Product Specialists to add to our team! Fluent in Spanish Thats a PLUS!
Position: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist
Location: Berman STAR Nissan (Niles IL)
Pay: $41600-$100000 (Includes a Base Salary!)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Saturday (Sundays and one weekday off)
What your work week would look like:
- 1 Day: 9AM - 3PM
- 2 Days: 9AM - 8PM
- 1 Day: 12PM - 8PM
- Saturdays: 8:45AM - 6PM

Our Sales/Product Specialists assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience!
What does a typical day look like
- Engaging with the customers via phone email text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase
- Completing product demonstrations
- Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customers trade appraisal
- Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle payments length of loan
- Staying in contact with customers youve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience
Qualifications :
- You have experience in retail sales hospitality restaurant or any customer facing role
- You are bilingual in English & Spanish
- You have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record (3 year min)
- You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way
- You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm courteous and professional during times of high stress
- You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience
