Job Summary
Lead high-end residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. Manage budgets schedules vendors and teams while delivering top-tier results.
Responsibilities:
Oversee planning execution and completion of luxury projects
Manage budgets schedules and contracts
Coordinate vendors subcontractors and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Deliver projects that exceed client expectations
Qualifications :
5 years commercial construction project management experience
Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with budgeting scheduling and contract management
PMP or other relevant certifications a plus
