Job Summary

1贯彻工厂环境健康安全程序和食品安全程序严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度

Implement plant environment health safety and food safety procedures Strictly implement the safety management system of the factory.

2负责监管全厂所有设备档案的完善及更新管理包括但不限于推动设备清单建立对设备进行评级完善设备的备件信息等

Responsible for the improvement and update management of equipment files including but not limited to: establishment of equipment list rating of equipment improvement of equipment spare parts information etc.

3监督制定日常的设备巡检预防性维修PM和预测性维修PDM等设备的标准工作计划和制定相关的检查标准使设备处于良好的工作状态不断的提高维修水平现场巡回确认设备运行状态根据相关报告分析优化提出改进建议

Develop standard work plan and inspection standards for routine equipment inspection PM and PDM to keep the equipment in good working condition and continuously improve the maintenance level.

4负责持续优化制定工单计划备件计划并确保相关标准和工作流程得以有效实施及时跟踪和定期回顾工单完成情况整理工单的计划率完成率计划工时的准确度以及录入SAP相关信息备件的更换等情况并根据返回的信息对工单计划进一步调整

Responsible for making order plan spare parts plan and ensure relevant standards and workflow are implemented effectively. Timely follow up and review the work order completion sort out the work order planning rate completion rate planned time accuracy replacement of spare parts etc. and further adjust and improve the work order plan according to the returned information;

5熟悉MRP负责设备备品备件五金材料的库存计划优化编制及请购确保库存经济合理控制在预算内

Familiar with MRP and Responsible for the inventory planning and purchase of spare parts and hardware materials to ensure the inventory economy and reasonable control within budget.

6负责月度季度和年度的维修绩效的分析和行动项跟踪

Responsible for monthly quarterly and annual maintenance performance analysis and action items.

7负责监管设备备件图纸数据表体系指导程序和指导书等资料整理归档和更新

Responsible for the filing of mechanical spare parts drawings and data sheets.

8负责协助所需备件加工件图纸绘制及整理存档工作

Responsible for drawing and filing of required spare parts.

9每日每周每月汇总运转班故障维修记录协助分析设备故障原因RCA并编制每月设备故障报告和跟踪表发送维修经理熟练运用可靠性工具如FMEA等分析潜在故障风险提出预防性计划

Summarized the maintenance records of the operation shift assisted in analyzing the causes of equipment failure and prepared the monthly equipment failure report and sent it to the maintenance manager.

10协助仓管对易损件台账更新和完善编制每月报表发送维修经理

Update and improve the accounts of vulnerable parts prepare monthly reports and send them to the maintenance manager.

11协助维修经理做设备的技术改造协助负责承包商零星工程的现场管理协助维修经理负责每日出库五金备件材料的审核

Assist the maintenance manager to do the technical modification of the equipment and assist manage the sporadic works on site. Assist maintenance manager to check the hardware and spare parts materials.

12协助维修部ISOHACCPFSSC体系的实施和持续改进及本部门维修人员的作业安全管理工作

Assisted in the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO HACCP and FSSC systems of the maintenance department and the work safety management of maintenance personnel of the department.

13负责监管并支持部门严格执行DNAPSMSAP项目计划

Execute DNA and PSM and SAP project plan.

14公司/部门KPI月报收集整理交办的其他事项

Other tasks assigned by the company/department.
