Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop production plans for optical modules/components using Oracle ERP

Lead order review meetings to align capacity with delivery commitments (OTD95%)

Monitor long-lead materials and optimize inventory turnover

Coordinate new product transitions (pilot-to-mass production)

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelors in Optical/Industrial Engineering is prefer

5 years production planning experience in optical communication industry

Proficient in Oracle Manufacturing (BOM/MRP/Work Orders)
