Job Summary

  • Keep things running smoothly Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel.
  • Be the go-to organizer Prepare documents presentations and meeting materials with precision.
  • Own communication Handle emails calls and act as the key link between executives and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute Organize events meetings and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Support success Track deadlines assist with projects and keep the office running efficiently.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar management-level administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with executives employees clients and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in calendar management meeting organization and correspondence handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage.
