We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT Economics Management or Finance along with functional knowledge of investment banking operations and capital markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 support to our users ensuring quick and effective resolution of their requests.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to user support requests efficiently
Analyzing the figures of profitability computations and application feed issues
Enhancing support documentation and procedures
Participating in internal projects aimed at improving support efficiency
Be capable of identifying design and implement improvements for our tasks and procedures
Qualifications :
We value candidates who are dynamic proactive and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with SQL is mandatory while knowledge of tools such as SAP Business Objects JIRA Power BI Power Automate and Power Apps would be a significant advantage.
