Job Summary

STEP INTO THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Engineering support operations across the hotel including building maintenance plant systems infrastructure and compliance with safety standards.
Oversee a skilled team delivering high-quality support for guest rooms public areas back-of-house and event spaces while coordinating with contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate preventative maintenance sustainability efforts and capital projects contributing to budgeting procurement and continuous improvements in energy efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications :

SKILLS THAT HELP YOU SHINE

Trade-qualified in electrical mechanical plumbing or a related field with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in hotel luxury residential hospital or high-rise commercial maintenance.
Proven background in hospitality environments and strong knowledge of building systems BMS and local compliance requirements.
Effective team leader with the ability to motivate manage and develop technical staff while maintaining a safety-first solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsive and reliable under pressure with the flexibility to support a 24/7 operation including emergency situations and major events.
Fluent in Japanese (essential) with strong coordination and communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
