Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who will work exclusively through channel partners to acquire new SMB customers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships enabling partners and driving revenue through indirect sales models.

You will be responsible for driving net-new business within the SMB segment by engaging enabling and co-selling with our network of trusted partners (VARs MSPs digital agencies and more).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Freshworks certified partners to identify qualify and close SMB new business opportunities.

  • Pipeline Management: Own and manage a partner-led pipeline ensuring healthy coverage accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up.

  • Enablement: Support and enable partners by providing  sales collateral and insights into successful sales strategies for SMB customers.

  • Co-Selling: Join partner calls demos and meetings to assist in closing deals or advancing opportunities.

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated via partners and collaborate to convert them into paying customers.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) and share regular updates on partner performance and pipeline status


Qualifications :

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of inside sales or channel sales experience preferably in SaaS or tech.

  • Preferred experience in ASEAN market

  • Proven experience selling into the SMB segment.

  • Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models.

  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • A proactive self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.

  • Team player who can collaborate across sales marketing and partner teams.
