Job Summary
Join our team at Benugo Cafe in Leeds United Kingdom! Were looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to become part of our cafe team. As a Benugo Cafe Team Member youll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees
- Assist in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in food handling and safety practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
