Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day catering operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to maintain high quality and consistency.
Manage inventory procurement and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of supplies.
Recruit train and supervise a team of catering staff including chefs servers and support personnel.
Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and professional development.
Identify market trends and opportunities for growth expanding the catering services offered.
Customise catering offerings to meet client requirements providing creative and personalised solutions.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications :

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
