- Administrative Coordination: Manage all onboarding logistics including scheduling orientation sessions preparing welcome materials and maintaining onboarding checklists to ensure timely task completion.
- Document Management: Collect verify and securely organize new hire documentation in compliance with data protection standards using HR systems or document platforms.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities track progress generate reports for HR and leadership and archive completed files per company policy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for new hires liaising with internal departments and hiring managers to align onboarding timelines and expectations.
- Process Oversight: Monitor onboarding workflows follow up on outstanding items and escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure onboarding practices meet legal and company standards while supporting initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or document management systems
