Future Group is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level personal and administrative support to a senior leader. This role is perfect for someone with a background in PR or Translation especially Al-Azhar graduates who is fluent in English and skilled in using modern AI tools to streamline daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal errands and handle ad-hoc requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Take full ownership of calendar management: scheduling confirming meetings resolving conflicts and preparing daily agendas.
- Monitor and manage communications across email Zoom and WhatsApp drafting clear and professional responses.
- Maintain task lists ensure timely follow-ups and keep priorities on track.
- Prepare concise notes summaries and reminders to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in PR or Translation (Al-Azhar graduates required).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in AI tools and modern productivity applications.
- A proactive reliable and detail-oriented work approach
