About the Role
Join a fast-growing digital advertising and technology leader as a B2B Digital Sales Specialist supporting Dutch-speaking business clients. You will identify prospects qualify leads and establish strong client relationships within the digital space. This is a results-driven role for those passionate about sales digital innovation and measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end outbound B2B sales activities including cold calling and pitch presentations
- Qualify leads identify client needs and build consultative solutions
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and report sales progress in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize performance outcomes
Your Profile
- Native or fluent level of Dutch (C1/C2) and strong English communication (B2)
- Solid understanding of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience ideally in tech or digital advertising environments
- Track record of achieving KPIs and closing deals in competitive sales environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 4242 BGN gross
- Performance Bonus: 2000 BGN target bonus (quarterly-based)
Please note: The target bonus is paid per quarter not on a monthly basis.
Relocation & Package (for Sofia 10 Days)
- Travel Refund: Up to 490 BGN (reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
- Requires proof of purchase (invoice e-ticket)
- Accommodation: 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included)
- Booked and paid directly by the TA specialist
- Advance Salary: 1056 BGN
- Deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN/month starting from the first full salary
- Processed within 5 working days upon submission of active bank details to HR
