Graphic Designer & Animator

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design experience with both print and digital media and the ability to produce engaging motion graphics. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work on time.

This is an ideal opportunity for a junior to mid-level designer looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment while working across a variety of multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Animation

• Translate briefs into creative visual concepts that align with brand objectives.

• Create graphics and layouts for digital and print materials.

• Develop basic to intermediate-level motion graphics for social media presentations and marketing videos.

• Prepare mockups and presentation materials for internal or client review.

Production & Delivery

• Format artwork correctly for print and digital use (colour profiles resolution etc.).

• Ensure all work meets technical specifications and quality standards.

• Manage workflow and meet deadlines across multiple active projects.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce cohesive visual content.

• Communicate clearly on project timelines feedback and expectations.

• Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Brand Consistency

• Apply existing brand guidelines accurately across all creative assets.

• Ensure consistent visual identity across print digital and motion content.

Skills & Competencies

Creative & Design Skills

• Strong visual and conceptual design skills.

• Understanding of design principles typography colour theory and layout.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator Photoshop InDesign.

• Comfortable using After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar) for basic motion design.

• Experience preparing files for both print and digital outputs.

Communication & Organisation

• Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.

• Ability to manage time prioritise tasks and work independently.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and quality control.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design Multimedia or related field.

• Experience: 3 years in a design or motion graphics role (internship experience considered).

• Portfolio: A digital portfolio showcasing graphic design and animation/motion samples.
