Job Summary
About the Role:
Were looking for a talented Midweight 2D Graphic & Animation Designer to join our creative team in Ilovo. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts a sharp eye for detail and the ability to bring ideas to life through both motion and static design. Youll work across digital and print mediums creating high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce 2D animated content for social media digital campaigns and internal videos.
- Design visual assets for print and digital including posters social templates infographics and marketing materials.
- Adapt existing brand and campaign templates while maintaining design consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize creative ideas for various platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ensure all artwork is optimized for each platform and print-ready when applicable.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and animation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Illustrator Photoshop InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout typography and motion principles.
- Experience designing for both print and social media platforms.
- Ability to take direction and contribute creative input during concept development.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing both motion and static work is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Premiere Pro or video editing.
- Familiarity with social media ad specs and design trends.
- Basic understanding of brand strategy and storytelling.
