The Role: Travel and Tourism Salesperson
This is a client-facing sales role focused on driving revenue through advertising and media partnerships within the travel and tourism industry. Youll identify and secure new business grow existing accounts and act as a brand ambassador at key trade shows and networking events. Your goal is to connect travel brands with audiences that matter while helping clients achieve their marketing objectives through effective media solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector

Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts

Sell advertising space and digital marketing solutions across multiple media platforms

Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations with confidence

Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking functions

Stay up to date on travel and tourism trends to offer relevant client insights

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
About You
-
3-5 years experience in travel or tourism (airline tour operator hotel or wholesaler background advantageous)

Proven success in advertising media or B2B sales

Experience in business development or key account management
-
Previous travel agent experience beneficial

Highly self-motivated confident and target-driven

Excellent communication presentation and networking skills

Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling

Own vehicle and valid drivers licence (non-negotiable)

Energetic professional and passionate about travel and achieving results
