Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Engineer to design and implement Generative AI solutions that enhance business operations. This critical role involves developing sophisticated AI models building custom Copilot extensions and seamlessly integrating intelligent systems with enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AI/ML and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Programming Mastery: Python JavaScript/TypeScript.
- System Integration: Expertise in API design and integration and middleware.
- Generative AI Implementation: Experience with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot Implementation.
- Microsoft AI Ecosystem: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- AI/ML Fundamentals: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
Technical Expertise & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating agentic AI workflows preferably with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft Power Platform integration.
- Deep expertise in operational workflows including forecasting and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Python SQL and AI/ML frameworks (e.g. Azure AI OpenAI).
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Generative AI models for anomaly detection forecasting and data reconciliation within operational workflows.
- Design and build Copilot extensions and custom integrations to enhance user productivity and automation.
- Collaborate closely with data and IT teams to identify strategic opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions with core enterprise systems such as ERP platforms reporting tools and data warehouses ensuring all solutions strictly adhere to organizational security compliance and governance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Dynamics 365 Finance or Power BI.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI automation workflows.
- Familiarity with RPA tools and enterprise data platforms.
