QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in STEM or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 10 years of IT management experience (5 in Information Assurance)
- Technical: Familiarity with RMF and DoD Cybersecurity standards preferred
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and direct execution of all tasks (3.7.13.7.8) ensuring deliverables meet NSWCPD requirements and schedules.
- Partner with government project managers to capture key activities schedule milestones and track risks.
- Supervise on-site contractor staff verifying work quality and compliance with SOW objectives.
- Develop project schedules with resource loading dependencies and critical path analysis.
- Review and approve work products prior to submission to the Government.
- Prepare progress reports performance metrics and monthly status updates (CDRL A001).
- Communicate with leadership on program status budget execution and risk resolution.
