Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist with prior experience who can manage front-desk responsibilities assist with basic office upkeep and handle light numerical tasks. The ideal candidate has a great phone voice a welcoming attitude and enjoys contributing to a positive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and kitchen area including:

    • Tidying the kitchen

    • Emptying the dishwasher

    • Stocking office supplies and kitchen items

  • Handle light data entry and basic numerical tasks.

  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or front-desk experience required.

  • Friendly personality with a professional phone presence.

  • Basic numerical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Positive proactive attitude and team player.
