About the Role
Are you fluent in German (C1/C2) and ready to take the next step in your career with one of Europes leading technology retailers Join our Customer Service team supporting MediaMarkt & Saturn customers in Germany and Austria. Youll be part of a stable well-established project that values teamwork growth and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound calls (email support may be added later).
- Address customer inquiries such as:
- Store locations and product availability.
- Online returns and complaint management.
- Product reservations and stock checks.
- Deliver exceptional service ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate actively in team meetings training and engagement events.

Work Schedule
- Operating hours: Weekdays between 09:00 - 23:00
- Summer: until 22:00
- Winter: until 23:00
- Rotating shifts:
- 09:00 - 18:00
- 10:00 - 19:00
- 11:00 - 20:00
- 12:00 - 21:00
- 13:00 - 22:00
- Split shift: 09:00 - 13:00 / 18:00 - 23:00 (every 78 weeks includes one weekend day off).
- Breaks: 1 hour per day (within a 9-hour schedule).
- Days off: Sunday 1 variable day per week.
Training
- Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only weekends off).
- Schedule: 09:00 -18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00.
- Format: Online (attendance required).
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) mandatory.
- Residence in Turkey with eligibility to work remotely.
- Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems.
- Access to a smartphone for secure VPN login verification.
