Position: Strategic Partnership & Business Development Manager (Construction)
Location: Bangkok Thailand
Highly experienced results-driven professional to take ownership of identifying developing and closing new business opportunities with a specific focus on the construction industry and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Construction Industry and the fundamental mechanisms of global technology adoption.
- Research and identify trendsetting ideas by monitoring industry events publications announcements and tracking key individual contributors and their achievements.
- Proactively locate and propose potential business deals by exploring new opportunities and engaging with potential partners.
- Screen potential deals by performing in-depth analysis of market strategies requirements potential and financials. You will evaluate options and resolve internal priorities to move deals forward.
- Develop robust negotiation strategies by integrating them with company strategies and operations. This includes examining risks potential and estimating the partners needs and goals.
- Successfully close new business deals by coordinating all requirements developing and negotiating contracts and integrating the contract specifications into business operations.
- Protect the organizations integrity and value by strictly keeping all information confidential.
- Proactively enhance job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks and engaging with professional organizations.
- Enhance the organizations reputation by accepting ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add measurable value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing Economy Civil/Building Engineering or a related major.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry preferably as a marketing manager/staff or a related role focused on international businesses.
- Strong command of both oral and written English is mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills comfortable using a wide range of software commonly utilized in the construction industry.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills. Must be able to work independently prioritize tasks and consistently meet critical deadlines.
