What Youll Do
- Lead end-to-end development of a web-based SaaS platform used by hundreds of recruiters and companies
- Build and scale backend systems with Supabase and PostgreSQL
- Develop clean performant frontends with TypeScript and tRPC
- Work closely with design and product to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize performance data architecture and platform reliability
What You Bring
- 5 years of fullstack or product development experience
- Strong skills in TypeScript tRPC Supabase PostgreSQL and Vercel
- Deep backend knowledge (API design scalability performance tuning)
- Product-driven mindset and understanding of UX principles
- A collaborative proactive approach you take ownership and deliver
- fluent English skills (spoken and written)
Bonus points if youve worked with HR tech marketplaces or recruitment platforms.
