Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection employee relations performance management compensation and benefits training and development and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR reporting metrics and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS payroll systems and MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate mentor and develop teams while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive relationships across departments and with employees.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to conflict resolution organizational improvement and workforce planning.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws employment regulations and HR best practices to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments handling change with professionalism and resilience.
  • Strong sense of integrity discretion and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by addressing concerns grievances and other issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead the full recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified and culturally fit candidates.
  • Support business goals through employee engagement motivation and retention strategies.
  • Design implement and manage HR policies systems and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive transparent and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes employee growth and organizational success.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
