Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in HR reporting metrics and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
