About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inpatient Coding Supervisor to join our clients healthcare team and lead the inpatient coding this role you will oversee a team of coding professionals responsible for ensuring the accuracy timeliness and compliance of inpatient medical record coding and data abstraction. You will manage day-to-day workflows monitor productivity and quality benchmarks and implement process improvements to achieve unbilled and DNFC targets. As a key leader you will provide training mentorship and performance management to coding staff while driving initiatives that enhance coding accuracy revenue integrity and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with other departments you will uphold organizational standards and regulatory compliance through continuous quality monitoring and auditing practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in MedTech Nursing or a related field.
3 years of solid experience in inpatient medical record coding.
1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Required: Active AHIMA or AAPC coding certification (CCS CPC or COC).
Demonstrated expertise in coding productivity management quality assurance and performance improvement.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in 3M coding software and related HIM applications.
Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
Willing to work on-site at BGC Taguig.
Willing to work in US hours (graveyard shift).
Can start immediately if possible.
