Job Summary
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Kozhikode Kerala
Experience: 2-3 years
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making across departments like Marketing Sales Academics and Product. You will play a pivotal role in identifying trends measuring performance and providing actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect process and analyze large data sets from various sources (CRM LMS Marketing platforms etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies student engagement and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand user behavior academic performance and sales trends
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning procedures
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
- Support A/B testing and performance analysis of various academic and marketing initiatives
Key Skills Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Proficient in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio)
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
