Job Summary
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm for the position of Estate Planning Paralegal.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S.-based estate planning and a strong background using WealthCounsel and ElderDocs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen the estate planning fulfillment pipeline from start to finish.
- Prepare review and organize estate planning documents using WealthCounsel and ElderDocs.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients throughout the planning process.
- Support with client intakes and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to maintain accuracy efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience within a U.S. law firm.
- Proficiency with WealthCounsel and ElderDocs software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
