Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to drive innovation and sustainability across agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and implement solutions for irrigation crop management and post-harvest processing.
Analyse agricultural systems to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
Research new crop varieties and methods to expand agricultural productivity.
Optimise soil health and promote growth through yield mapping and data-driven solutions.
Use precision agriculture technologies and data analytics to improve operations.
Identify opportunities for automation and process integration to boost productivity.
Develop and present technical reports and updates to stakeholders.
Implement soil conservation and renewable energy strategies in agricultural processes.
Promote sustainable resource management focusing on water conservation and irrigation efficiency.
Stay up to date with advancements in agricultural technology and best practices.

Qualifications:
BSc in Agricultural Engineering (Plant and Soil Sciences) Agronomy or Horticulture.
Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
Minimum 4 5 years of practical and theoretical experience in agriculture-related industries.
