Job Summary

Digital Commerce Hub Joint Stock Company is an enterprise operating in the e-commerce sector headquartered at No. 21 Street 63 Thanh My Loi Ward Thu Duc City Ho Chi Minh City.

Digital Commerce Hub aims to become a trusted strategic partner in the digital transformation journey of Vietnamese enterprises.

Tasks

VIP Customer Care User Support via Chat System Inquiry Resolution and Issue Handling
Provide support and usage guidance to users.
Offer consultation on promotions and events including detailed information about special offers and programs.
Handle complaints reports and suggestions for improvement through chat; collect and register user feedback to enhance service quality.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

No experience required for night shift applicants.
Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Experience in managing fanpages or using chatbots is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving reporting and data entry skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Age requirement: 20 to 35 years old.

Benefits

Salary range: 9 15 million VND not including allowances depending on ability.

Working hours: 8 hours/day 6 days/week (fixed shifts)
Morning shift: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM (VND)
Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM (VND )
Night shift: 10:30 PM 6:30 AM (VND )

Social insurance health insurance and unemployment insurance; 13th-month salary bonus provided.
Employees are entitled to 13 days of annual leave per year (additional menstrual leave is provided for female staff).
Regular performance reviews salary increases and bonuses every 6 months.

Free Chinese language training (2 sessions per week).

Additional allowance upon official employment: 1 2 million VND/month.
