- Serve as a key advisor to the Founder helping execute strategic plans and growth initiatives.
- Oversee hiring onboarding and staff development in collaboration with department leaders.
- Analyze company performance across production finance and customer delivery identifying bottlenecks and solving them with systems thinking.
- Manage internal KPIs dashboards and reporting structures that create alignment and accountability.
- Facilitate weekly leadership meetings (EOS Level 10 style) helping the team stay focused on goals.
- Support cross-functional executionensuring Sales Marketing Production and Admin stay connected and productive.
- Act as interim Production Manager until a dedicated hire is madewearing both hats and gradually delegating as the team grows.
- Experienced in business operations small business leadership or service-based company management.
- Known for being organized driven and action-orientedsomeone who pushes forward without needing to be pushed.
- Fluent in EOS or familiar with operational frameworks that drive growth and accountability.
- Able to zoom out for strategic insight but also zoom in to solve real-time operational issues.
- A team builder who leads with clarity structure and humility.
- Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments where roles evolve and flexibility is key.
