Compensation: $50000 $55000/year
Schedule: Monday Friday Full-Time

This is a client-facing consultative sales role where your compassion and communication skills will help guide potential clients toward a better future.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help with DUI traffic or criminal matters you will play a vital role in shaping their experience with our firm. You will conduct initial consultations listen to their concerns gather essential information and connect them with the right legal solutions. This is not a cold-calling job. Clients are reaching out to us for help and you will guide them through the next steps with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
Be the voice and first impression of our firm by conducting initial intake calls video consultations and responding to inquiries.
Build trust quickly by showing empathy and professionalism during sensitive and stressful situations.
Gather and record essential case details history and goals in our case management system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Educate potential clients about our legal services next steps and what to expect.
Qualify potential clients and schedule them for private consultations with attorneys.
Follow up proactively with leads to collect documents answer questions and support their decision to hire the firm.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless intake and onboarding process.
Provide exceptional client service by treating every call even late on a Friday with the same care as a Monday morning call.
Qualifications:
Strong confident phone presence and the ability to guide conversations and set the tone.
An empathy-first mindset and the ability to make clients feel heard supported and valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems case management software and virtual communication tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service intake inside sales or client support (legal or healthcare experience is a plus).
Bilingual in Spanish and English ispreferred but not required
College degree or equivalent work experience.
