This role isnt just about account management its about building trust enabling growth and ensuring our partners thrive with Factorial. Youll be the connector advisor and problem-solver who helps partners deliver real impact to their clients.

What Youll Be Doing
Partner Account Management
Be the main point of contact for partners across the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland).
Support onboarding implementation and client troubleshooting.
Manage partner and client requests (contracts invoicing upsells/downsells).
Build long-term trusted relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Streamline partner support and ticketing processes.
Ensure consistency and scalability across partner operations.
Partner Training & Enablement
Design deliver and manage training programs to ensure partners are ready to sell implement and support Factorials solutions.
Improve and expand training formats (live virtual and self-paced).
Streamline content in an LMS for scalability and partner convenience.
Track partner certification and provide support during onboarding and learning sessions.
Collect feedback to continuously improve training experiences.
Support Product Development
Capture product insights directly from partners and their clients.
Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize improvements based on DACH market needs.
Keep partners updated on product launches leveraging marketing and automation tools.
Build a High-Performing Partner Ecosystem
Create mechanisms to make partners feel part of the Factorial rocketship.
Continuously find new ways to bring value to partners and help them grow their business with Factorial.
Contribute ideas and processes to make the Factorial Partner Ecosystem the best in the industry.
What Success Looks Like
High partner satisfaction and retention across the DACH region.
Smooth onboarding and faster certification completion.
Strong adoption of Factorials tools and integrations.
Clear partner insights driving product improvements.
Efficient scalable partner management processes.
Youll Be a Great Fit If You
Are fluent in German (native or equivalent) and proficient in English.
Have 2 years of experience in partner management account management or customer success (SaaS or B2B experience is a strong advantage).
Excel at building relationships and communicating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Are a problem solver who can navigate technical and operational challenges.
Are detail-oriented and structured when handling contracts invoices and processes.
Thrive in a fast-paced international scale-up environment.
Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Operations Enablement).
