We are growing and so is our Sales team. To strengthen our Inside Sales capacity we are looking for a motivated (Junior) Sales Manager (mfd) for our office in Stuttgart who supports eccenca in the acquisition of new customers ensuring a scalable and efficient sales pipeline and generating qualified leads.
Tasks
The Role
As a (Junior) Sales Manager Inside Sales you will:
- Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Reach out proactively to potential customers via calls emails and LinkedIn/social selling.
- Schedule meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
- Keep our CRM data up to date and ensure activity tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns.
- Support the Sales team with offers contracts and follow-ups.
- Contribute to CRM optimisation sales materials and process improvement projects.
- You will also participate in trade fairs or online events as well as internal process improvement projects.
Requirements
What We Expect From You
First practical exposure to sales customer contact or business development (through jobs internships student jobs or similar). Ideally there would be 12 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
Completed apprenticeship and practical experience or Bachelors degree. With the right motivation career changers are welcome here.
Confident use of MS Office (Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Motivation eagerness to learn and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills a professional phone manner and excellent German and English.
Ideally experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Knowledge of B2B Tech markets is a big plus.
