Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for macOS devices escalating issues as needed.
- Administer and manage macOS devices using Microsoft Intune including configuration profiles compliance policies application deployments and custom scripting (Bash PowerShell).
- Develop and implement onboarding workflows for macOS using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Build and maintain a macOS management environment from the ground up.
- Create deploy and manage policies/scripts within Intune for macOS.
- Collaborate with Workstation Management and Helpdesk teams to ensure smooth deployment support and training.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for macOS support deployment and configuration processes.
- Provide guidance and training to Helpdesk and field technicians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and user management standards for macOS.
- Stay updated with enterprise software deployment and patching best practices.
- Leverage experience with Azure AD and conditional access policies (preferred).
- Utilize strong troubleshooting and communication skills for effective end-user support.
