Job Summary

WS RDS Support Engineer - 4C

Experience: 5 to 6 Years

- Experience with AWS Services RDS Aurora VPC IAM

- Experience with database PostgreSQL MySQL and Oracle

- Experience in Maintaining documentation for operational processes runbooks and SOPs

- Experience in Troubleshooting

- Experience in Infra Provisioning and configuring Security components Key pair security groups ACL IAM Directory Service Certificate manager

- Experience provisioning and managing resources on cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

- Experience in monitoring Terraform pipelines

- Experience in Monitor CloudWatch Splunk and New Relic for centralized monitoring

- Should have a deep understanding of IaaS and PaaS services offered on cloud platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
