Job Description Mid Level Data Analyst*

*Role Overview*
The role is for a Data Analyst II within the Attractions Data Science and Analytics team (Amsterdam). The candidate will collaborate with the Attractions Operations and Commercial teams along with the broader DSnA team to provide actionable data insights. The primary scope involves maintaining and revamping reporting processes designing dashboards and supporting self-serve tooling initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Data Analytics solutions from ideation to implementation.
2. Work independently on data consumption preparation and visualization to solve business problems.
3. Deliver analytical insights that inform business decisions across products/teams.
4. Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations translating data into actionable insights.
5. Engage and manage diverse stakeholders effectively communicating complex results clearly.
6. Adapt existing approaches and adopt new ones to improve efficiency and scalability.
7. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
8. Collaborate with Data Engineering and other related teams to anticipate and address data needs.
9. Ensure high-quality deliverables through validation and peer reviews.
10. Influence business decisions within the assigned product/team scope.
