Program Manager Consulting at a Fortune 50 Company

Project Support and Coordination: Assist in the planning execution and closure of projects ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and developments.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and minutes from meetings ensuring all project information is accurately captured and accessible.

Risk and Issue Tracking: Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues contributing to the development of mitigation and resolution strategies.

Resource and Schedule Management: Assist in the allocation of resources and the management of project schedules ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and materials.

Quality Assurance Support: Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Client Engagement: Support senior project managers in client interactions helping to understand client needs and ensuring client satisfaction with project outcomes.

Process Improvement Contribution: Participate in the evaluation of project management processes suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with project team members fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the development of team skills and capabilities.

Financial Tracking: Assist with project budget tracking including monitoring expenditures and assisting in financial forecasting.

Change Management Assistance: Support change management activities helping to ensure smooth implementation of changes and realization of project benefits.

Learning and Development: Actively pursue personal professional development opportunities seeking to expand knowledge and skills in project management and consulting practices.

Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate project meetings ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities with vendors and contractors ensuring their contributions align with project objectives.

Support for Business Development: Contribute to the preparation of proposals and support the exploration of new business opportunities as directed by senior management.

4 years of experience with Program Project Management. (required).

3 years of experience as FTE or Consultant at Fortune 50 company. (preferred)

3 years of experience with Change Management. (preferred)

3 years of experience with Process Improvement. (preferred)

3 years of experience with Planning and Organizational skills. (preferred)
