Job Summary
Provide technical assistance in response to help desk tickets; analyze and troubleshoot problems supply solutions in accordance with policies and procedures; of CTWS.
Requirements
Requires a valid drivers license and must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also need to submit and pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening. Associate degree in Computer Science IT or related field; and Comptia or related certification. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
