Job Summary

As a Lead Architect IAM you will:

Own and maintain the Identity and Access Management (IAM) architectural vision and roadmap for the Europe region ensuring alignment with global IAM strategies.
Define the target architecture design principles and standards for Microsoft Entra ID Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Privileged Access Management (PAM) and access provisioning.
Provide architectural leadership across multiple IAM workstreams ensuring technical consistency and best practices across solution designs integrations and implementations.
Lead the design and modernization of authorization solutions including replacing legacy mechanisms defining solutions for applications using legacy Identity Servicebased authorization and designing approaches for applications relying on replicated legacy database tables.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure scalable and compliant IAM solutions are successfully delivered and adopted.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of experience in Cyber Security with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Proven expertise in IAM architecture and transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) IGA PAM and access provisioning frameworks.
Strong experience with solution design integration patterns and migration strategies for IAM platforms.
Knowledge of authorization models directory services and federation technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

Translate strategic IAM goals into actionable architecture and design roadmaps.
Drive technical alignment across distributed IAM teams and multiple initiatives.
Assess legacy systems and define effective modernization paths.
Mentor teams and provide architectural governance across IAM solutions.
Work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
