Job Summary

Role Description

Overall responsible to support coordination and execution of the LDC data migration strategy. Supports cross release data migration execution teams on topics related to data migration processes including templates trackers data verification testing and tooling. Contributes to ensuring LDC data migration execution adheres to the Novartis compliance and best practices guidelines. This position will work closely with the data migration release execution team PMO and PQM team(s)

This role reports to Lead

Activities and Responsibilities

Responsible in supporting coordination and execution of the LDC data migration strategy
Manages various data migration templates and tools ensuring they are consistently up to date and in alignment with the ICEBOX requirement
Supports preparation of data migration deliverables (e.g production load formal DVT/DMW deliverable facilitation)
Supports alignment with project tollgate and ensure deliverables are approved and delivered on time
Responsible in supporting execution of DM tool operational qualification (OQ) and data verification (PQ) testing including tool setup
Supports and guides PQM on topics related to data migration methodology and templates
Supports security basis and integration related topics in relation to data migration and SPoC for DM security setup reviews and issues
Supports preparation of planned go-live reviews and audits
Supports change management process and PtQ/PtP preparation for data migration
Performs defect quality reviews and provides regular feedbacks to DM execution team
Responsible for data migration resource onboarding coordination
Supports execution of DM mock/production load entry/exit tasks ex. DVT script readiness mass tools access provisioning training completion reviews etc.

Requirements

Bachelor or Masters degree
Experience: 3 years
International and cross-functional team management experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills good stakeholder management
Proven knowledge GxP GMP SOX including CSV
Proven experience with Waterfall Agile and Hybrid project set up
Proven experience with end-to-end SAP or S/4 data migration execution
Fluent English (additional languages preferred)
ERP/SAP project implementation background with SAP business process knowledge
Proven experience with HP ALM SAP tools (Change Management ITSM Document Management GRC) Jira
Strategic and hands on way of working with ability to effectively develop presentations
SAP project testing execution background
