Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate with 4 years experience in property finance to join an ambitious and growing this role you will play a key part in the underwriting function supporting deal origination across the lifecycle of development finance facilities.

The Role:

Lead and coordinate the underwriting and due diligence process
Build and review financial models to support deal terms
Prepare credit applications and underwriting documents
Manage communication with clients and stakeholders
Attend client meetings and contribute to new business development
Support innovation business improvement and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years experience in development finance with direct underwriting exposure
Strong understanding of the property sector and ability to interpret data
Degree educated (further property/real estate qualifications a plus)
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Excellent financial modelling analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive solutions-focused mindset

Required Skills:

Chartered Surveyor and a bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
