R12 - 15 000 basic commission fuel allowance and cell phone allowance

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Consultant to join a leading corporate telecommunications team based in Sandton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual passionate about sales technology and client relationships to kickstart their career in the fast-paced telecommunications sector.
Youll play an essential role in identifying new business opportunities supporting senior sales executives and helping clients find tailored internet voice and connectivity solutions to suit their needs
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 essential
1 to 2 years sales experience in the telecoms industry specifically
Valid drivers license and own vehicle (non-negotiable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional phone manner (comfortable with cold calling)
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and products quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (advantageous)
Fully bilingual
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new corporate clients within target regions
Conduct cold calls to introduce company products and set up appointments
Attend meetings to present tailored telecommunications solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and perform regular follow-ups
Assist with sales presentations quotations and contract negotiations
Close smaller sales deals under supervision
Collaborate with senior sales staff to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct basic market research and track competitor activity
Stay informed on company product offerings services and promotions
Clearly explain technical product benefits to non-technical clients
Record all sales activities accurately on the CRM system
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
Maintain client contact databases and assist with after-sales support
