What youll be doing
As part of your role your responsibilities will include:
Own the delivery framework for the Product Division establishing governance processes and best practices to ensure smooth execution across payments fraud onboarding and verification initiatives.
Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating between Product R&D Operations Compliance and external vendors to ensure projects meet business goals timelines and quality standards.
Portfolio & roadmap management: translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans track execution against commitments and proactively address risks and dependencies.
Delivery assurance & reporting: provide visibility to the Chief Product Officer and senior stakeholders on progress risks and outcomes of all major initiatives.
Enable scalability: build a high-performing delivery unit with clear roles accountability and repeatable frameworks that can support multiple parallel projects.
Risk & compliance alignment: ensure delivery processes incorporate regulatory governance and security requirements that are critical in gambling and fintech environments.
Vendor & partner coordination: oversee delivery dependencies with third-party providers ensuring successful onboarding integration and rollout.
Continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery cycles driving adoption of tools and methodologies (Agile SAFe or hybrid models) tailored to the Product Divisions needs

Essential skills youll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving shared goals
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
More than 10 years in program or delivery management ideally in product-led organizations.
Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation or product rollouts.
Deep knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions ensuring adherence to legal standards
Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
