Job Responsibilities

In the role of a DC Equipment Operator you will have a vital part in the operations of our distribution center. Your duties will involve:

Using material handling machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
Picking packing and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery.
Conducting regular equipment inspections to maintain safety standards.
Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:00pm with overtime as needed

$21.50 to start and eligible for performance based incentives of up to $5.50/hr for high performers!

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must ideally meet the following requirements:

Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role in a distribution center.
Capability to safely operate different kinds of material handling machinery.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to flawless execution.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work the Sunday through Thursday shift.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $22.61

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
