Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse Day & Night Shifts (12-Hour Shifts)
Schedule: PRN 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM 6:30 PM / 6:30 PM 6:00 AM) 40 hrs/week not guaranteed
Open Positions: 2 Day & 2 Night
Overview
Provide nursing care medication administration and treatments in a geriatric/long-term care setting. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe effective care.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Conduct admission assessments and assist with care plans and MDS reviews.
Maintain clinical documentation and report resident changes.
Assist residents with ADLs and supervise staff as needed.
Participate in shift reports staff training and AMS process improvements.
Qualifications
Knowledge of geriatric nursing pharmacology and team nursing practices.
Strong observation communication and problem-solving skills.
Recent graduates or candidates with <1 year experience encouraged to apply.
Active Arizona RN license and required certifications (CPR/BLS TB test Fingerprint Clearance etc.)
