Job Summary
At Mast Roofing & Construction we help homeowners. How By keeping a safe roof over their head and walking them through what it takes to keep their homes exterior looking great. Weve been doing this for 28 years now and were proud to be a trusted name in the area. When people call us we want them to feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start - and thats where you come in!
Were looking for someone who:
- Likes to talk to people on the phone because its an important way that we connect with our clients
- Has high attention to detail because our clients wouldnt like it if we show up at 4:00am instead of 4:00pm!
- Understands the importance of constantly improving because we are doing just that. We are a growing company and expect you to grow along with us!
- Can be an influencer because we are not the only option a prospective client has
- Likes to follow a process because a well-thought-out process is what gets our client a great experience
What would I be doing
- Answering incoming calls
- Following a script when asking questions to make sure we get all the information we need
- Entering information into our CRM
- Scheduling clients for service calls and estimates
- Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
- Greeting people that stop by the office (clients deliveries etc.)

- $40000 - $65000 total compensation including base pay and performance bonus

This is a full-time on-site position Monday Friday.
