IAM Engineer Manager

We are seeking an experienced IAM/IGA Engineer to join our team in Bangalore India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions proven leadership abilities and significant experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic IAM and IGA assessments roadmap development and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.

• Oversee configuration deployment and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as Saviynt Veza and other leading technologies focusing on scalable enterprise solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Information Security IT Operations and Application Developmentto achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence.

• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and operational procedures.

• Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems driving continuous improvement in security operations.

• Stay current with global best practices emerging IGA/IAM technologies and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets.

Prerequisite:

• Minimum 5 years of experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt Veza etc.).

• Bachelors degree in engineering - Computer Science or a related field is required.

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is required.

• Hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for platforms such as Saviynt and Veza to facilitate integration with a variety of target applications is required.

• Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.

• Strong international client-facing experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional CISSP SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
