Join Our Team as a Station Manager Lead Manage and Drive Success!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction Were looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station manage a high-performing team and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage the availability maintenance and condition of the vehicle fleet.

  • Coordinate vehicle rentals returns and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.

2. Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and managing complaints.

  • Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.

3. Staff Management:

  • Recruit train supervise and evaluate station staff including rental agents and customer service representatives.

  • Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.

4. Sales and Financial Management:

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets including upselling additional services.

  • Manage the stations budget control operational costs and ensure profitability.

5. Fleet Management:

  • Oversee fleet operations ensuring vehicles are well-maintained clean and ready for rental.

  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.

  • Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.

6. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all station operations comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.

  • Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
