What does a Fleet Operations Administrative Specialist do
As a Full-Time Fleet Operations Administrative Specialist at Wisper ISP you will be responsible for maintaining and auditing all driver and qualification files ensuring that updates for DOT medical exams driving licenses endorsements and training records are timely and accurate. You will track and notify both drivers and management of upcoming compliance expirations playing a crucial role in fleet safety and efficiency. Preparing and distributing scheduled and custom fleet reports will allow you to monitor compliance hours of service requirements fleet utilization and unsafe driving alerts.
Additionally you will document fleet records including inspection reports and service history while ensuring alignment with DOT OSHA and company record-retention requirements. Your expertise will also extend to coordinating annual vehicle registrations renewals insurance and title management across multiple states. Moreover you will assist in updating training manuals policies and procedures reinforcing our commitment to a high-performance customer-focused culture.
