We are looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us attract top talent drive a strong company culture and create meaningful experiences for our this role you will play a key part in recruitment employee engagement internal communications cultural events and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Communications or related fields with interest in the Social Media area.
- 13 years of experience in Recruitment HR or People & Culture roles.
- Knowledge of selection processes and interview techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative organized and proactive mindset.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) - Required
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc.).
- Organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proactive and results oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles (job posting screening interviews offers).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source active and passive talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals etc.).
- Coordinate and improve onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Draft candidate resumes and reports ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system.
- Design and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Organize internal events recognition programs team-building activities and wellness actions.
- Support other HR initiatives as needed.
Nice-to-Have:
- Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva basic video editing).
- Previous work in startups or agile environments.
