Manager HRIS and Process Improvement

RBNZ is looking for HRIS and process improvement expert to join the People & Culture Directorate. If you understand HR Systems and pride yourself in efficiency and process improvement we would like to hear from you.

  • 18-month fixed term role or secondment

  • Wellington based

Te tūranga The role

As the Manager HR Systems and Process Improvement you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring our Human Resources Information System (Workday) functions effectively and reliably provides insightful people related data analysis and reporting.

You will understand the mechanism of HRIS functions and have a focus on process improvement ensuring our HRIS and supporting processes enables our People Leaders P&C team and kaimahi.

Given the small team this is a hands-on role. You will lead the continuous improvement agenda across the People Partnering function ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are planned and delivered.

Ō pūkenga About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 6 years experience management and system administration of HRIS systems (experience in Workday would be advantageous).

  • A track record of delivering process improvement enhancements and initiatives.

  • Proven experience in thought leadership and demonstrating critical and creative thinking.

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of New Zealand National Security Clearance.
